Embark on a 3-kilometer hike at Los Colorados with a low-intensity walk, followed by a visit to the Antena Viewpoint for a medium-intensity 1- kilometer hike. Refuel with a delightful included lunch at Los Morteros Restaurant before continuing the journey to explore the charming villages of Patacal, Quisquiri, and La Cienaga, including a visit to the Ci.Pa.Qui Sweets Factory. As the day winds down, return to Purmamarca to catch the breathtaking sunset from Cerro El Morado Viewpoint before heading back to the lodging for a relaxing evening.

Day 3 – Pristine Camp

Jump on our private transfer to Piedras Blancas where you’ll be picked up by another private transfer and taken directly to the camp. The first day at the camp is not short to extraordinary. Visit Pristine Camps’ exclusive Piletones del Salar (Salt Pools) to learn about the salt extraction process. After sunset, a magical experience comes alive where you’ll get to interpret the constellations at night.
* Meals included throughout the whole stay.

Day 4 – Pristine Camp

Full Day Excursion to Barrancas. It is an archaeological interpretation experience where you visit the Municipal Reserve, the “Piedra Mapa” circuit and the new Archeology Interpretation Center of the town of Barrancas. Includes gourmet lunch in the bed of the Barrancas River. The tour is done aboard a vehicle or combined with trekking (optional).

Day 5 – Pristine Camp

As you start your third day at the camp, fuel up to enjoy a day full of tradition. Full Day Excursion to Alfarcito. During the tour, you will visit the town of Alfarcito and its main attractions, the viewpoint of the town and the town of Rinconadilla. Includes lunch at the Alfarcito Community Center or at the Guayatayoc lagoon, depending on the season.

Day 6 – Salta

As you wake up on your last morning in Purmamarca, our private transfer will pick you up after breakfast and take you to Salta, the next stop on this trip. At the hotel, we invite you to a two-hour horseback ride experience. The gauchos will guide you through the paths and hideaways of the Estancia. Then, our next activity prepared for you is an empanada cooking class with the chef. We start by making the dough. Then it’s time to prepare the empanada filling. Salteñas empanadas are known for having potatoes in the filling. During the workshop, you’ll learn to make different types of fillings. Once the filling is ready, you’ll master the famous “repulgue” technique. It takes a bit of practice, but by the end of the class, you’ll be an expert at “repulgue.” Congratulations, Your empanadas are ready to go in the oven!

Day 7 – Salta

Today you’ll get to venture into San Antonio de Cobres. Starting from Salta and heading southwest on National Route 51 through the Lerma Valley, you’ll pass Campo Quijano and enter the Quebrada del Toro. Here begins a continuous ascent, always accompanied by the tracks of the famous Tren de las Nubes (Train to the Clouds). We reach the village of Santa Rosa de Tastil, visit its ruins of the same name, and continue ascending to the highest point at 4080 meters above sea level, known as Abra Blanca. Afterward, you’ll descend to San Antonio where, following lunch and a village visit, we return to Salta.

Special Highlights:
* Experience Turu Maky, where we engage with women from a cooperative dedicated to crafting artisanal ceramics. During this activity, they teach us about their raw material (clay), how they process it, and even invite us to create a piece with our own hands. The piece remains with the cooperative, and we take home one that another visitor has already made and fired.

* Visit Anatolio and his llamas enterprise. Anatolio is a young llama herder who will guide us into the life of shepherding, sharing his anecdotes, stories, and experiences amidst his own llama herd.

Day 8 – Salta

This day is full of adventure. It’s time to see what Cachi has to offer. You’ll start from the south through the Lerma Valley, passing through the towns of El Carril and Chicoana. Another stop is Puente Malcante, and then you continue on Route 33 through two ravines – Quebrada de los Laureles and Quebrada de Escoipe. Other stops include Cuesta del Obispo, Valle Encantado, Piedra del Molino, and the impressive Nevado de Cachi, a group of snowy mountains. For a foodie break, it’s time to have the included lunch at a Bodega Puna, enjoying local wines too. Finally, you arrive in Cachi, where you have an hour of free time to explore the town at your leisure. Admire its historical architecture, from the whitewashed adobe houses to the 16th-century church, a National Historic Monument. Afterward, gather with your guide to return to Salta.

Day 9 – Cafayate

On your last morning at House of Jasmines, please enjoy your breakfast as you prepare to jump on our private transfer that will take you to Cafayate, another gem of the north. During the drive, you’ll get to see the Quebrada de las Conchas, an amazing geological formation with an English-speaking guide who will show you the most incredible formations with stops along the way. When you arrive at the astonishing Grace Cafayate Hotel, enjoy a relaxing afternoon at the spa and a horseback riding experience, followed by a wine and goat cheese tasting from their own local production. Younger visitors can also visit the cheese factory and goat pens there.

Day 10 – Cafayate

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, you’ll prepare to enjoy the Cafayate wine route at its best. We have a full-day wineries tour for you. The terroir, altitude, and thermal amplitude contribute to the unique qualities, character, and personality of the region’s wines. The proposal is to visit different wineries and learn about their particularities. In the morning, you´ll visit the Museum of Vine and Wine, and the winery Finca el Recreo, or El Porvenir. At noon, you’ll head to one of these wineries: Piattelli, Finca Las Nubes, or Viñas en Flor, for a lunch experience overlooking the vineyards. In the afternoon, you continue the tour and go to Yacochuya, a beautiful valley region at 2000 meters above sea level, to taste wines from that area. Finally, you’ll conclude by visiting some charming boutique wineries like Domingo Molina, San Pedro de Yacochuya, or Burbujas.

Day 11 – End of Trip

Have the last breakfast of this trip at the hotel and jump on our private transfer for a smooth ride to the International Airport of Salta where you’ll board your flight to Buenos Aires. Make sure you don’t forget anything as we say our last farewell. We hope to see you again soon!

10/10 what we expect with a luxury experience in the wilderness with this luxury price tag. I wish I could give 6 stars for service.

- Extremely extremely prompt replies via WhatsApp and tailored service, staff drove out to pick us even though we arrived late at 6 pm. Initially the instructions were slightly unclear from reservation team’s Tomas he said we have to check in strictly at 3 pm and this costed us a hotel night stay when our flight was rescheduled. But the service from the on ground Pristine reception staff made up for Tomas’ miscommunication.

- Beautiful location of course we love staying in exotic places, everything you could imagine from staying on the salt flats

- Food was lovely, our llama meat was a tad tough but the mollejas were FANTASTIC

- Check out was at 10.30 am and of course we made it in time but another couple only came out of their villas at 11 am (we had to all wait to drive out tgt) and the staff were sooo impressive they didn’t rush them at all. Again, I’ve only seen this in Aman level luxury, kudos to the staff. Luckily we weren’t in a rush too so the late couple bought us plenty of extra time to take photos.

- Staff were so so so nice with the photos, lying on the salt flats to get our silly perspective shot when I failed the first time myself on self timer. We also got a DSLR shot w the stars!!!

- So many complimentary goodies in the room from the salt llama souvenir to the black thermos to mini bar - again to be expected of this luxury standard. I don’t think I’ve ever paid >$1k a night to have the mini bar be chargeable. But also gifts is my love language so the more cute freebies the merrier.

- Room was very comfy and warm, bathroom well designed for a girly girl. Can add toothbrushes and amenities, recently lesser and lesser hotels seem to do so in the name of saving the earth but honestly they can be biodegradable.

- Staff was just honestly so so thoughtful, we checked in late and she gave us a tour of the salt mines cos we were gonna miss the main tour for the rest of the guests. Just super super kind!!!

My friend almost died because there was no first aid and no cell service to call an ambulance. The heat inside the dome was unbearable. They had no oxygen. It was a disaster; she paid for two nights and only stayed one night and received no compensation. It's dangerous for elderly people or those with pre-existing conditions. My friend, who is perfectly healthy, still had a terrible time.

Besides that hospitality, cabin comfort and food are of high standard.

Our stay at pristine camps was amazing. The views are beautiful and worth the price. It was a seamless experience right from the instructions to arrive, the pickup, the tour, the room and the wine tasting and dinner service. Facundo did an excellent job communicating and translating for us in English. The guides also take pictures, so you can take back great memories.

Present for dinner only but it was perfect!

Rev a Tres Morros, our guide takes us in the 4x4. We left for a few dozen minutes of driving.

Stop at the first salt “ponds” with explanations. Then we arrive at the Pristine camps.

A warm welcome and impeccable service.

We were alone (almost privileged).

The calm is pleasant, the view magnificent and time passes so quickly.
A tour of the rooms shows us that the night can be very pleasant and comfortable despite the “lunar” decor and the cold autumn nights.
The service roon si bat, and Alfio hi s a bat person

The amazing place. For me, personally, it is for one night only.
They are very dedicated in their attention, but as sometimes happens, there were some details. The breakfast was poor in variety (not serious) but what did bother me was how cold it was in the breakfast room. I asked and they told me it was 2 degrees. And there was not a single stove on. We had breakfast wrapped in blankets. ( Awful)

Absolutely 10/10 experience! The whole team is amazing, educated, thoughtful, high service. The food is incredible and flavorful. The tours are thoughtful and they focus on really caring for the local indigenous communities. Nature is all around! I was so impressed and felt incredibly comfortable and safe the whole time. It is at a very high altitude and very dry, but they take care of you if you need anything. Honestly, such a highlight experience of my life. I will recommend this to everyone!!! Thank you!

An incredible experience in a magical environment. Even though the weather was severe (we went during the rainy season and we had hail!), they treated us like royalty and we felt very cared for. Excellent food, especially the effort in offering good options while complying with the special and restricted diet that I must follow. Beautiful excursions. A beautiful view. Unmatched experience.

The place is beautiful. It is literally in the middle of the salt flat. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. You can go to the pools, with a talk and photo session.
There are 6 glamping sites. I stayed in the 3rd. It was very well equipped. The only thing was that the bathroom floor was caved in.
Very delicious food: delicious snack and breakfast. I didn't love the dinner but maybe I didn't choose the right dish (I found the Llama very hard and the humita very salty). Very rich wines.
The starry sky at night is incredible.
Incredible place in the middle of the salt flats. The view of the sunset and the stars is incredible. The service provided by Wally, Flor and Noe is very good, they make you feel at home.

I stayed at Pristine Luxury Camps and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The food was perfect, each dish better than the last (I highlight the onion texture), and the wines were simply spectacular. Everything was taken care of down to the last detail, from the flavors to the presentation.
I want to make a special mention to Alfio, the receptionist and winemaker, who took great care of us and made us feel super welcome. In addition, he explained everything to us about the wines we tried, the Pristine project and recommended places to visit; You can tell that he is passionate about what he does and that he knows a lot.
Something that I loved is that the project integrates local communities and promotes responsible tourism, for example being the Tres Morros meeting point, a town with only 8 families. We must also mention Facundo, our tour guide, who was super friendly and explained the entire salt extraction process to us and helped us understand a little more about the local culture.
Obviously, we must not fail to mention how wonderful the landscape is. It is a dream place, surrounded by nature and with a proposal that is really worth it. 100% recommended!
Since it is billed as a "luxury" campsite, I expected better attention to detail. The maintenance of our dome was quite poor (the bathroom floor was broken and sunken for example).
Beyond the above, the proposal is truly original and manages to connect with the environment while maintaining a very good level of service.

In giving three stars I might not be just with them because it is definitely an experience to be there and I totally recommend it. Go you won’t regret it but my only recommendation is that if you stay for two nights be suspicious of a magical trip they offer you during the day for a small town quite far away from there, unless you want to do poverty tourism and listen to woke politics about how bad is investing in lithium while you are hungry abd force me out of pity to buy you a hat made of llama. Magical would have been to keep politics away abd let me stay with nature, read a book watching the honey combs salts abd joy the great food abd service you provide. It was an unnecessary excursion.
One more thing nowadays with starlink there is no excuse not to have WiFi through the whole place.
But other than that I totally recommend it as a once of a lifetime experience- just keep politics abd poverty away, that’s why we escape to places like that
The place is amazing. With magnificent staff attention. Food of excellent quality and very good wines. The wonderful excursions

An amazing opportunity to spend the night with a small group of people right on the Salinas, to learn about its history and importance to the Kolla. Pristine has done a wonderful job of handling the logistics, offering a gourmet dinner, along with snack and breakfast, cozy domes with fireplaces, and more. It was a once in a lifetime experience, and I highly recommend it. Damian and the entire team were very invested in making sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I wish we had stayed two days and investigated other nearby villages.

With Kachi Lodge in Uyuni being closed, this remains one of the best (and only) way to glamp through a massive salt flat in the region. I think they deliver on most fronts, the food was enjoyable (not perfect, but way better than every other restaurant we had in the province), and service once in the hotel was fantastic. They even stayed to make sure we connected with an onward taxi to the Chilean border when the taxi was late, on a nearby highway.

The main area of improvement was for arrival, which was pretty awkward. None of the staff there spoke English, nor had any signs or uniform to indicate that they were with the hotel. It was a little alarming when they randomly took our luggage bags and told us to wait, because we weren’t even sure if we were in the right place.
Out of this world. A life long memory from this place. Beuatiful, worth every penny. The experience, the staff, the food, the ecological mindset... All make this place so very special and memorable. Its clearly very expensive and a treat for us but the best place we stayed in argentina, the bed was so comfortable, the food was superb, attention to guests needs, next level and the setting and scenary are clearly something you don't want to miss. We couldn't say thank you enough to the staff for the way they went out of their way to make our stay special and memorable.

Fling wide the windows in the morning: the view from your room is the vivid red, cream, green, and aubergine rock of the celebrated Cerro de Siete Colores (the ‘Rock of Seven Colours’). The hotel is in keeping with its spirit: a white monastic-style building, with spare wrought-iron details. Inside, luxury comes in wide spaces, flamboyantly colored locally woven rugs, carved wood, 19 comfortable bedrooms, a spa, and a separate house. The cuisine is award-winning and the pool is gorgeous. The elegant simplicity instills a sense of peace, allowing you to unwind and absorb the ancient serenity of Andean culture. This hotel truly lives up to its name: ‘the wellspring of silence’.

The hotel is beautifully built and maintained. It would be a good place, were it not close to impossible to sleep.
As rooms are not sound proof you can hear every noise from the corridor, reception or even other rooms. We had a pretty hard time sleeping, as there were kids running and screaming at 1 AM in the hallway. More than one customer complained to them and the reception, who did nothing.
Door locks are also very loud, so you can hear everyone who opens a door.
The position is a little out of the center of the village, there are many lodgings with better position.
Breakfast was good but not in line with the price of the room.

Initial thoughts when we arrived were that this is a beautiful building and grounds, however on closer inspection rooms were in need of updating and the gardens had temporary ? bars (not in use) which made the gardens look messy. We had a room on 2nd floor but no lift to get cases up and down! Our worst experience however was in the restaurant, had to send the steak back twice as still raw and stone cold in center and serving staff had disappeared so had to go physically into the kitchen to get someone's attention. No staff shop on 3 occasions we visited so no purchases made.
Wonderful hotel in the lovely Purmamarca! The hotel is greasious and the bedrooms are really nice. Beautiful garden with swimming pool and relaxing spa facilities. Everything was great, the service was impeccable, and the room was nice. The only thing that left me with a bad taste in my mouth was the wine prices by the glass. They charged $15,000 per glass. That's $30,000 for two glasses of red wine and another $30,000 for two glasses of white wine. That's outrageous, in very poor taste. It's my fault for not asking first, but never in my life did I think a glass of wine would cost $15,000! Lesson learned: always ask first.

Second time I come to the hotel. Everything impeccable. Sobriety, elegance, charm characteristics that distinguish it.
Jasmkne's reception service is outstanding!
Purmamarca's colors are outside. The hotel is gloomy. The dining room does not have tablecloths even on the table where the few breakfast options are served. They do not have options for breakfast or snacks in the hotel gardens, which are beautiful. Very good food. The spa and pool too. The location is excellent

I went to have a snack. There was no one. The prices are good, it's just that the menu is very small. I liked that they serve some sweet starters. Maybe it comes back
The location and service is very good. The rooms need updating: you don't have AC, they don't have a ceiling fan and the bathrooms are very outdated. A shame because the rest of the hotel facilities are very good. The gardens are wonderful.

We only went to lunch. Several times. The food was always exquisite and the service unbeatable. The prices are not expensive, it is the same as any restaurant in Purmamarca, with the added bonus that they do not charge covered and that the drinks have a super reasonable price. And the landscape setting and tranquility are unbeatable. I highly recommend it.

We only went for dinner. The restaurant inside a truly beautiful and elegant room, high ceilings, iron fixtures, terracotta floors, spaced tables... a place that deserves it. Then, the food was not adequate, at least our salad, watery, the meat was better, but nothing special. The person who served us was not very kind... inconvenient to reach on foot. High prices.

It is a very nice, but old, colonial-style hotel. different from what one is used to in Purmamarca (more typical and warm places)
The room was a bit small, without many things, rather basic.
We didn't like the dinner service. The food is not great, we tried it the first night and the next we preferred to go to dinner in town.
Maybe if the price of the hotel wasn't so excessive I would have given it all the stars.
But since this is not the case, one expects much more than what they offer you.
I came with my family to eat at the hotel restaurant. The beautiful place and the delicious, abundant food, with an extensive menu and above all, excellent service. Very friendly, Carina attended to us.

The service from the staff is outstanding, we feel at home at all times. They are attentive to EVERYTHING, always available and friendly. The Calandria restaurant is excellent. Possibly the best of the ravine.
It is a beautiful place, which makes you feel peace and tranquility, highly recommended to go to its restaurant, the food is very delicious and fine, there are varied dishes where you can find regional food converted to high-level dishes, the service is a luxury, The staff is always attentive and available. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

We went to dinner at the hotel restaurant. The attention is excellent. Brian served us very cordially and explained the menu to us. All the dishes we tried were exquisite. The
Atmosphere of the place is very warm. We wait for our table in the warmth of the fire. Next time we would love to stay because one thing the place has is that it has a spa but only for guests. It also has a little shop where they sell beautiful period paintings and also wines and teas.
Everything is excellent, it is worth staying here! Gisella's attention was the best, it made our experience much more pleasant 🥰

Quality with views
Although it was not the first time, this time we only went for lunch. Even though we arrived later than expected, they accommodated us without any problems. We were given a choice and we chose to eat outside as it was a sunny day. Located at a table next to the pool, we were served quickly and kindly. We ate a salad and a spectacular goat ribs casserole. All washed down with a Malbec wine from 2019. Right from the door of the hotel you can see the mountain of seven colors, the main tourist attraction of the town. Therefore, an unbeatable location for a category establishment.

Good hotel. Close to town. Rooms done to international standards. The WiFi does not work in the rooms. The restaurant menu is a little high end, given the rustic location, but there are lots of other dining options nearby.
Arrived here from Salta somehow earlier than check-in time but could check in almost immediately. Cosy environment with breathtaking views within the tourist area.

POOR SERVICE & basic food. Location & building are lovely … but breakfast is very very poor (terrible coffee ) and staff doesn’t even bother offering more than is on show ( unless you ask). So we got an omelette but seemed too much trouble. No help with bags from the car - even though On arrival gentleman helped bring them up the stairs;
Staff seemed bothered .. quiet but not a friendly welcoming.. “do the basic” - no effort engaging ..
Service is depressing… and rooms need a rug to make it feel less “rustic” and bland…

Nice surrounds and setting. Room is comfortable. Staff were busy with a function that day and service could be slightly more attentive, for example it was often that we had to track down staff members for service and we struggled with out bags on our way out without assistance in opening and closing the manual door. It’s not bad but it wouldn’t take much more to be great.

It's by far the best place, an unforgettable stay. Everything is great there, and if something happens to go wrong, they fix it right away.
Bad experience! They don't provide 5-star hotel service. The villas have old TVs, the minibar only has water and soda, no coffee or tea. The bar closes at 11 PM… a disgrace! We booked a picnic upon arrival and it wasn't ready, we waited too long in the blazing sun… very expensive for what they offer! You pay for the view, which is truly beautiful! Very disappointed with the service! A bitter taste! I don't recommend it.

The hotel is beautiful, but unfortunately, some of their cost-cutting measures, such as removing the coffee capsules the day before departure and not refilling the water, are not in keeping with the hotel's category. The staff were very friendly, and the cleanliness was excellent.

This is our third time staying at the villas, a beautiful luxury hotel with an unbeatable view. However, it's deteriorating over time in the details. There's a lack of maintenance. The jacuzzi's hydromassage doesn't work. The bathroom faucets are stiff and the drain cover is stuck open. The mattresses and curtains are dirty. Some light bulbs don't work properly. They charge extra for coffee capsules. It has a lot of potential for improvement, but it needs maintenance!
Spectacular views. Attentive and polite service.
The unique place in Cafayate where you will feel like a king with the best service and pleasant surroundings.

Grace Hotel in Cafayate is a beautiful property in an amazing location. The villas are spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, with two bedrooms, large bathrooms, excellent water pressure, comfortable beds, and stunning views of the vineyards and surrounding mountains. The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown Cafayate, excellent wineries, and scenic drives through the spectacular Quebrada de las Conchas.

Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the property. The staff were polite but seemed distant and rarely engaged with guests, which made the hotel feel like it lacked warmth and personality. We enjoy interacting with local people when we travel, but throughout our stay the staff generally kept conversations to a minimum.

Our arrival was also confusing. We explained that we spoke very little Spanish, yet the front desk employee continued speaking only Spanish for about 20 minutes before suddenly switching to English.

The restaurant was another disappointment. Service felt rushed, our breakfast order was prepared incorrectly multiple times, and the food itself was average. The gluten-free pizza was especially disappointing.

We also experienced two incidents that were concerning. A maintenance worker unexpectedly entered our villa because of a mix-up with another room, which was quite startling. In addition, my husband received an electric shock from a faulty hair dryer. While the staff apologized repeatedly for both incidents, there was little indication that steps were taken to prevent similar issues from happening again.

Grace Hotel has a stunning setting and beautiful accommodations, but the overall guest experience fell short of what we expected from a luxury property.

My experience with The Grace Cafayate Hotel was highly unsatisfactory. Although I had made my reservation more than a month in advance and had already purchased all my flight tickets, they contacted me only a day before my travel date to inform me that, due to a heating problem, they could not accommodate me. All of this was communicated via email; they did not have the courtesy to call. In a situation like that, the least you could expect was a phone call. I attempted to contact them for an explanation, but I was unable to reach anyone.

This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve had in Argentina, and (ironically) the most expensive. We stayed one night and were initially impressed by the employees, view and facilities. That impression vanished around 1:00 a.m., when we went to bed and discovered numerous small insects crawling over our pillows, bed, walls and floor. Completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that presents itself as five-star.

We were moved to another room, but the experience was so disturbing that we barely slept. As if that wasn’t enough, at 7:30 a.m. we were woken up by loud drilling. After reporting it, the drilling stopped, only to be replaced immediately by heavy hammering. Unfortunately we were not able to sleep anymore.

We raised our complaint both via WhatsApp and at reception. We were told someone would follow up multiple times and waited patiently, but no one ever did. The complete lack of accountability and aftercare was very disappointing and this hotel definitely does not meet five-star standards in any way.

Avoid unless you want to get scammed. The management is clearly trying to rip of tourists and has "special deals" with local providers. I booked this place because of its nice activity brochure. I was quite surprised a half day of horse back riding was quoted for 170USD, however a few days before arriving at the hotel, I informed me the provider increased the price to 270USD and that it didn't include transfer. The experience was OK but for 1h45 riding and some wine and cheese this is a scam, with transfer the total cost was 310USD and the hotel was unwilling to apologise or give any gesture for sudden increase. I ended up contacting the horse riding provider separately and was told the usual price for a half day experience like this is 70USD. I also did horse riding at a more luxurious hotel in Salta (House of Jasmines) for 56USD for 2hs. In addition the room was quite dirty, the floor and carpet in particular. The taxi they recommended tried to charge me 40,000 pesos, for a ride from Salta to airport (15min max) even though House of Jasmines offered a provider for 15,000 pesos. You also have to pay for water and there are no coffee or tea facilities in the room. The staff were unhelpful and I wanted to leave right away, the scam really upset me and the hotel was unwilling to support me at all and even though i was in a panic attack they didnt care. I hope the hotel reconsiders their approach to hospitality, it was the most uncomfortable hotel experience i ever had. Avoid at all cost unless you want to get scammed! The hotel location and foor were good but absolutely not worth the stress!!

We did not stay at the hotel, opting out to rent a house located at the same property. However, we stopped by every day for a glass of wine and the view. Absolutely gorgeous! They offer local rose that is very unique and has french flavor. One of the days we came for dinner and it was a surprise. Food is not something special, I would call comfort food. The quality of preparation and presentation was very good. Unfortunately, they close relatively early for Argentina. Place was nearly empty, with 4 more people only.
This is my third time visiting the hotel, and I always find something new to surprise me and feel pampered.
This time, we decided to stay at the hotel and enjoy all its amenities. Its spa and massages are something I never miss. As is walking through the vineyards and enjoying a picnic in the nearby grove.

Tip and recommendation: don't miss out on touring the surrounding area on the hotel's bicycles. It's a great program!
And also the "Harmony of Flavors" experience, which is a course menu paired with incredible local wines.

The hotel is in a spectacular location. Surrounded by hectares of vineyards. It's beautiful.
The staff is very friendly, but there are small details that I think should be taken into account:
When you get to the room, they don't have the detail of leaving a couple of bottles of water for guests, like in absolutely all hotels of a certain category. If you want water, you have to use the minibar. The same with coffee capsules. They don't give you complimentary coffee, you also have to pay for it from the minibar.
These are things that I have not seen in any hotel, it seems very shabby to me, honestly.
On the other hand, breakfast has very little variety and the coffee is terrible.
These are details that should be taken into account in a hotel like this.

First of all: The accommodation is basically very nice and, above all, in a great location in the middle of the vineyards. The staff is friendly.

However, there are a few things that need to be improved for a 5 star hotel at this price:

- We had reserved for three evenings via email & WhatsApp and received a written confirmation. However, every evening we were faced with clueless faces and they seemed to have no idea about our reservation.
- The rooms are great as long as you don't have any neighbors. As soon as someone moves in above you, you can hear every step more than clearly.
- The air conditioning in the room is WAY TOO LOUD!
- The indoor pool area smells unpleasant.

Very loud music from the construction next door. You could not relax. When I asked the staff of the hotel if they could do something about it, they said no as it doesn’t depend on them. I told their staff that such loud music is forbidden in estancia and that they should advise “porteria” of it. They responded we don’t even know what parcel number (lote) it is. I told them that porteria has a map and they can locate it. To sum up. They were unhelpful. You don’t pay over USD 250 a night to have this type of issue plus unhelpful staff.
When I arrived, I paid with a foreign credit card and have a foreign passport so I am entitled to not pay tax (IVA). They said they also needed my partner to be foreigner and present his passport for this. Another thing that doesn’t make any sense.

In the sauna rooms there is no water. You are doing a sauna session and have to walk soaking wet to the front desk of the spa to poor yourself water.

They should really trained their staff to the hotel standards.

My husband and I were on our honeymoon, we stayed in the suite, the best in the hotel. The truth is that I have no complaints with the facilities or the staff since they were very attentive and the place was beautiful, but I do have two observations. When we went to bed, when we opened the sheet, 3 biting bugs (chinchillas) came out. Then there were two more hanging around. I couldn't fall asleep thinking that more bugs were going to come out and bite my legs. Then it's a shame that the toads get into the main pool, they could put something to prevent them from getting in, maybe, I don't know.
They gave us some chocolates for our wedding, but they charge you for the coffee capsules.

The restaurant is good. Although if you order an expresso coffee at breakfast they charge you separately.... Desire to be seen for a coffee.
The indoor heated pool is small, the outdoor one is nice but they could put the water at 29 degrees and it would be a pleasure.
The single-lever faucet in the bathroom works poorly.... As almost always..... You burn or freeze. The environment is very nice. The attention is meticulous.

A fantastic place! The hotel deserves every one of its stars. It is within Estancias de Cafayate, a real estate development with houses surrounded by vineyards, a golf course and polo, very nice to explore by bicycle.
Excellent
Grace is a hotel of a caliber more than adequate for the area and for the visiting public located within the Estancia. Its rooms are spacious enough to be comfortable and enjoy a pleasant stay, available within it or in the Villa. It has an outdoor pool, and also a very good heated pool, sauna and spa with views of the vineyards and the ranch as well as the rooms. The care provided was very good and adequate. They also give you the possibility of leaving your luggage once your stay is over and continuing to use the facilities and amenities until 8:00 p.m. on the same day. Highly recommended

Had an excellent stay. The attention from the staff was excellent. The hotel is incredibly quiet, clean and well maintained. They were very accommodating with all of our requests. Massages at the spa were one of the bests I’ve had. Sometimes the music during breakfast was a bit intense.

The hotel was excellent, we went to the independent villas, they are VERY good. Elegant and exclusive.
The attention is great, the collaborators are very attentive to everything.
I went out of season and it was good because there weren't that many people.
The spa (sauna and pool) very clean.
Very complete breakfast.
Super recommended!

We had a bad experience in their restaurant: food took too long to be served and then they brought the main dish before the entrance and blamed us for ordering them all together (which was a request from the waitress). She was very unfriendly and had a bad mood all the evening. We never came back. Surprisingly after this event, we started having little troubles with overall service like a reprisal. We have booked an entire villa with ofuro, which is absolutely NOT TO RECOMMEND since if you use the ofuro, you run out of water inside the house and cannot take a bath for example. We made a wonderful trip through northwest Argentina during15 days and we truly suggest not to book this hotel.

Nice location not far from the city. The gentlemen at the reception (I thought Alfredo) were very friendly. Rooms luxurious and clean. The dinner in the hotel was ok but a lot more expensive than in the city and the service was mediocre. (not everyone likes working there, I think). The golf course was a no-go, green fee 100USD (expensive!), 15 USD for 3 golf balls and then rent a bag and golf cart, (more expensive than in Europe, so no thanks) The wellness is very good.

Our experience at Grace Hotel Cafayate was wonderful. The rooms are very large, the beds are very comfortable and all the staff is very detailed and attentive.
Breakfast is varied, complete and very rich.
It has a spa and heated pool which are great.
We highly recommend this place, whether as a couple or as a family with children.
From some rooms the sunrise looks impressive and from others you can see the sunset. (Our room was oriented to see the sunrise.)
We will surely return soon.

Without a doubt a first-class resort! We stayed from 06/22 to 06/24, since we arrived we felt at home! The location of the hotel is incredible, the views it has, the landscape, the vineyard, everything is beautiful! Everyone's attention was excellent, thanks to Martin who left us a pancake for my dad's birthday to celebrate on Saturday!! Always very attentive and so is the rest of the staff.
The breakfast was delicious, the restaurant was also spectacular.
Without a doubt I will return to this beautiful place for a few more days!

There were 5 of us, we stayed in a complete villa. Very big and very comfortable. At breakfast they had several options suitable for celiacs. Very friendly and helpful employees. We used the spa with massages, good. And also the internal pool, very good.
Flawless. The place is beautiful and the staff is excellent all the time. The service is very good and the food is exquisite. They have gluten-free options, the bread is very delicious and they are attentive to dietary restrictions. The best place if you go to Cafayate.

Point for improvement: The water is not drinkable so they should put a dispenser in common areas. The beds sink a little.
Excellent experience. Unbeatable attention from all the staff, always ready: especially in the restaurant and reception but also the spa and cleaning staff. Super delicious food. The beds could be a little more comfortable and the bikes were free.
A paradise.

The winery hotel is really wonderful. Nice views, great rooms, quiet and privacy house! Nice foods of the restaurant. Reception service has been kind. The SPA and massage service, including the facilities are so wonderful.
The only short-come should be the English ability of the waiters in the restaurant because offer us the wrong dishes we ordered even we have double confirmed with them with the menu. For a great winery hotel , it should improve its welcome language for international customers.

The hotel is located in a gated community on a huge piece of land.
You will want a car or at least hire their bikes to get into Cafayate as the walk to the front gate is already about 2km.
Our villa was comfortable with a wonderful view of the mountains.
Dinner at additional cost and breakfast, included, were tasty and included a good range of vegetarian options.

Special shout-out to the massages offered at the spa! The deep tissue massage was very well done in a comfortable environment and at a very competitive rate for such a hotel!

Amazing potential, poor management. A rip off for the price. We stayed at $150 hotels on this trip (a quarter of the price of here) that were better. Manager is not suited for this property or to meet the expectations that come with charging these prices. Would not return despite the beautiful property and some nice staff. Rating is based on them badly failing to meet the standards expected of Relais & Châteaux and the very unpleasant conversation we had with the manager. They'll ask you about food restrictions then throw that food at you anyways. Not great for CAD $600 a night!

What a fantastic hotel. Exceptional service, beautiful setting and delicious food.

Highly recommend the horse riding too!

This was our favourite hotel during our tour of Argentina. You really feel like you’re on a ranch.
To be honest, it was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We were welcomed very warmly by the manager himself, who upgraded our room because it was our honeymoon, and in the evening we found beautiful flowers on the bed. The food was probably the second best we’ve had in our lives. We loved the restaurant so much that even a week later, after we had already checked out, we stopped there again on the way to the airport for another meal. We would go back anytime — one day we might even fly there just for this hotel.

We spent the afternoon at the spa and tea and everything was lovely! The place is magical! Everything was very tidy, very clean, the attention of the staff was wonderful, especially María at the reception who saved us with sunscreen, then we went to the pool that is heated, then to 50-minute massages and then to a wet and dry sauna. We had tea in the garden and were able to tour the orchard. All very nice! I recommend it 💯

Overall, this is a great and peaceful place to stay, with exceptional attention from the staff. There were some small areas for improvement, but the experience was very pleasant.

Pros:
- We were warmly welcomed with a drink and given a personalised tour of the estate, which set the tone for a wonderful stay.
- The staff were consistently attentive, from reception to the restaurant, making us feel well cared for.
- A lovely touch: the staff prepared the bed and left complimentary chocolates during our absence in the evening.
- A fruit bowl and water were provided in the room, a nice extra.
- The estate itself is absolutely charming, with a large garden, horses, a swimming pool, and beautiful common spaces.
- Dinner was fantastic, with fresh ingredients sourced from the estate's garden, which made for a memorable meal.

Cons:
- The rooms are quite small for the price, so it’s something to consider if you’re looking for more space.
- The gym was poorly equipped, and the treadmill had a safety issue where the speed would suddenly decrease, which was concerning.
- The takeaway breakfast should be packed in sturdier bags. Unfortunately, the bag was wet, causing all the food to fall on the floor.
- It's a bit disappointing that the vanilla ice cream was made with vanilla extract rather than real vanilla beans, especially at this type of establishment.
- Breakfast could be improved, particularly with better pastries and more variety in the options.

Overall, this is a peaceful, charming place with attentive staff and lovely surroundings, though there are a few areas for improvement.

Excellent spa afternoon we spent with my partner! The massages were a 10. The service in the restaurant provided by the cashier guy (I don't remember his name) on Saturday the 31st in the afternoon was excellent. Fernanda at reception also very attentive.
Something to improve was the temperature of the pool, but taking that aside, everything was very nice and recommended!

Great service and restaurant. The location is ok if you’re not planning to go out much, nothing to do close by. We got a really nice suggestion from the concierge and made an incredible trip up to Jujuy and back for the day at our own vehicle.
No jacuzzi, outside pool and no heated, so only spa, riding horses or walking around… not many activities. Just for relaxation.
Breakfast was good with quality homemade pastries. Restaurant was very good on evenings.
You don't know if to stay in the city or in San Lorenzo area, get something really different: House of Jasmines is not a stay in a hotel, but is a wonderful experience. The setting, the service, the restaurant, but above all the people, they are amazing, we felt not only welcome but also pumpered. Alex, Fernando and Ubaldo in the restaurant were over the top.
