Day 1 – Buenos Aires

Enjoy a smooth private transfer from the Ezeiza International Airport to your hotel in Recoleta. There, you’ll have the day to relax and explore the surroundings while you’ll enjoy a wine-tasting experience at night paired with an exclusive charcuterie board at the hotel’s private wine bar for guests only. At this hotel, you’ll have the choice to enjoy an afternoon snack called “merienda” in Argentina. Just head to the bar in the afternoon and you’ll have a selection of snacks and sandwiches available to fuel up.

Day 2 – Buenos Aires

Enjoy a wonderful breakfast experience at the hotel and get ready for your private tour around Buenos Aires. This is a completely tailor-made experience, so we’ll be happy to discuss in our planning meetings the highlights of the city and the many options you can choose from to see which parts you want to get to explore!

Day 3 – Cafayate

After having breakfast at the hotel in Buenos Aires, please have your bags ready to head to the airport on our private transfer and take your flight directly to Salta for your next stop on this trip. From Salta take our private transfer to Cafayate. This is your first adventure. You’ll pass through Quebrada de las Conchas and our dedicated English-speaking guide will stop at the most important highlights. After arriving at the hotel, enjoy a relaxing day after a start full of traveling. At night, we have a special treat awaiting you: an asado under the stars. The chef offers a traditional Argentinean barbecue with various cuts of meat paired with a meticulous selection of local wines.

Day 4 – Cafayate

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, you’ll prepare to enjoy the Cafayate wine route at its best. We have a full-day wineries tour for you. The terroir, altitude, and thermal amplitude contribute to the unique qualities, character, and personality of the region’s wines. The proposal is to visit different wineries and learn about their particularities. In the morning, you´ll visit the Museum of Vine and Wine, and the winery Finca el Recreo, or El Porvenir. At noon, you’ll head to one of these wineries: Piattelli, Finca Las Nubes, or Viñas en Flor, for a lunch experience overlooking the vineyards. In the afternoon, you continue the tour and go to Yacochuya, a beautiful valley region at 2000 meters above sea level, to taste wines from that area. Finally, you’ll conclude by visiting some charming boutique wineries like Domingo Molina, San Pedro de Yacochuya, or Burbujas.

Day 5 – Cafayate

Today is a day thought around food and its best friend, wine. The first activity for today is called “Harmony of flavors”. This experience offers a wine pairing where the qualities of different grape varieties are combined with traditional Calchaquí cuisine ingredients to achieve a harmony of flavors. The second experience of the day includes a horseback ride through the Quebrada de las Conchas with local guides, followed by a wine and goat cheese tasting from their own local production. Younger visitors can also visit the cheese factory and goat pens there.

Day 6 – Mendoza

Good morning! After having breakfast, hop on our private transfer to the airport which will take you to “the land of the sun and wine”! This is Mendoza, one of the most famous wine regions in Argentina. After checking into SB Winemakers Hotel, you’ll enjoy a 15-minute massage to relax after your flight. At night, we’ve got you covered! You’ll enjoy a 7-course dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, LaVida, recommended by the Michelin guide.

Day 7 – Mendoza

Today you’ll venture into one of the most famous wine areas in Mendoza, Valle de Uco. Our proposal is for you to experience two different wineries. Bodega Andeluna, where you’ll enjoy a wine-tasting experience and an exclusive adventure: “Be a Winemaker for a Day”. It’s the offering from Andeluna Winery. You’ll have the opportunity to create your own wine, experimenting with different blends until you find the perfect one. This playful activity invites you to unleash your creativity, as you’ll also design the label and choose the wine’s name. Then, we’ve got another special experience waiting for you and we hope you’re hungry! It’s an exclusive 9-course lunch paired with local wines at Salentein Winery.

Day 8 – Mendoza

Good morning! Lujan de Cuyo, another famous area in Mendoza awaits! You’ll start the day with a Blind Tasting and Sensory Discovery experience at Lamadrid Winery. This activity is designed to develop your senses. You’ll rely on sensory memory to taste three wines in black glasses, using only our sense of smell to discover the hidden wine in each glass. You’ll use aromatic essences such as strawberry, wood, tobacco, and citrus, to learn about the aromas that distinguish each varietal. At the end, you’ll uncover the wines tasted. Later, we’ve got lunch covered again, you’ll enjoy a 3-course lunch at Nieto Senetiner Winery. After getting back to the hotel, a “wellness menu” awaits you, but this time it’s not meant to be eaten, it’s a relaxing 7-step wellness menu: 50-minute Body Exfoliation with Grape Seeds, 50-minute Body Hydration Wrap with Red Wine Cream and Grape Raisins or Mud Wrap with Red Wine Must, you name it!

Day 9 – San Rafael

After having breakfast in SB Winemakers House & Spa Suites, you’ll head to our private transfer to travel to San Rafael. After arriving at Chasglasian Wine and Suites, you’ll be received by the crew and relax for a while. You’ll then enjoy a horseback ride through the vineyards. Later, an exclusively private tour around the winery awaits where you’ll also enjoy a wine-tasting experience paired with a charcuterie board. You’ll then finish the day enjoying a typical Argentinean asado accompanied by Chasglasian wines.

Day 10 – San Rafael

Today is a day full of nature. You’ll get to see why San Rafael is one of the most popular destinations in Argentina. And that is the Atuel Canyon. Travelers will tour this geological formation, one of the few in Argentina, appreciating its colors and beauty. Lunch is included. Our expert guide will take you back to the hotel so you can unwind and relax before heading back out for a five-course dinner at the exclusive Finca La Mansa paired with special wines from the house.

Day 11 – San Rafael

As you start the day recharging your energy bar with breakfast at the hotel, prepare for a full-day winery tour. You’ll be picked up from the hotel and head directly to the first winery. You’ll get to visit Bodegas Valentin Bianchi, Bodega La Abeja and Bodega Murville. Then, for a different experience, you’ll visit the Yancanelo Olive Oil Factory, a family-owned company that for three generations has been passionate about producing and marketing the finest products from the region. Luch is included. Later, you’ll enjoy a special private dinner at the hotel where you’ll taste the typical Mendocino dishes paired with wonderful wines from Chasglasian.

Day 12 – End of Trip

Have the last breakfast of this trip at the hotel and jump on our private transfer for a smooth ride to the International Airport of Mendoza where you’ll board your flight to Buenos Aires. Make sure you don’t forget anything as we say our last farewell. We hope to see you again soon!

My wife and I celebrated out anniversary in Buenos Aires staying at the Algodon Mansion in Recoleta because of all the previous positive reviews. They were right on. This place is fantastic. From the moment we arrived greeted at the front desk by Rodrigo, until the final day we departed everyone was so nice and helpful. Everyone at the concierge desk treated us like family. Rodrigo, Guliana and Jose were all great. We developed a special bond with Franco who we would see each night when we got back from our adventures around the city. He gave us great recommendations that helped us navigate sightseeing to food. Franco even fixed my watch band for me when it broke. Above and beyond. All of you were awesome! The hotel is perfectly situated so that we could walk to most of the city's touristic areas. We would definitely stay there again if we find ourselves in Buenos Aires. Mendoza may be our next stop when visiting Argentina, we can only hope the Algodon Mansion has a sister hotel somewhere near. Thanks to the all the people of Argentina that we met and made us feel welcomed.

I just got home from a vacation in Buenos Aires and stayed at Algodon Mansion.

Everything about it was top notch, and perfect!

Rooms were way bigger and better than expected and service was even better from everyone that helped us.

And by the way, Their wines are the best!

A charming boutique hotel with 10 rooms. Impeccable high level decor, furnishings and amenities. Attentive and capable staff.
Pleasant outdoor swimming pool and rooftop patio. A perfect location for walking in Recoleta. No in-house food service; breakfast comes from the next door café, which does not open until 8AM. Recommended.

This renovated mansion is a really beautiful place to stay. We had the Royal Suite which was massive - and very lovely. Plenty of space and a wall of wine in the living room! The staff are incredibly helpful and the Algondon is in a great part of town. Breakfast is in the cafe next door - and hit the spot. I thoroughly recommend a stay at the Algondon Mansion.

My first visit to Argentina and I couldn't have asked for a better hotel. The house with a lot of personality, the room clean and with all the services, the only thing is the WiFi suddenly fails. But the best thing about this place is the staff, each and every one of them made me feel at home. They recommended amazing places to eat, buy books and visit. My personal recommendation is that if you have the opportunity, do not hesitate to stay in Algodón.

Tomas, Valentina, Franco and management were as helpful and service oriented as anyone I have ever stayed with and beyond. Tomas was so helpful with everything, Valentina is one of the most pleasant people I have come in contact with (and makes the best cafe), and Franco was fantastic to us. This crew made our stay super enjoyable. A huge recommend!

Thomás and Rodrigo were amazing! We will definitely stay here next time we are in town. The place is beautiful, and breakfast and drinks are included..?! You can’t beat that. The rooms and property are immaculate.
We were only in town for one night. Thomás checked us in, made drinks, and made great recommendations for a tango show. The next morning, Rodrigo (and the team.. didn’t get everyone’s names) was more than happy to store our bags for a few hours while we had a city tour.
Really appreciate the excellent hospitality in this beautiful city! Can’t wait to come back.

The best boutique hotel experience we ever had. The entire staff was fantastic, but Valentina made our trip feel special…she was gracious, professional and attentive to every detail. She receives our highest compliments. Our room was incredible. It was beautiful, spacious and our bed was comfortable. The location of our hotel was in Recoleta, which is in the safest part of Buenos Aires; in our view. Lots of things to do within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this over the larger hotels if you are looking for something more intimate and quiet. Overall, it was a memorable experience that left a smile on our faces.

If you never stayed in a Boutique Hotel. This should be it!!!! Note- that there's no room service but there's a constant selection of light sandwiches and pastries always available with complementary wine,champagne & cocktails. The whole staff speaks English & are sooo Nice!!! Thank you Thomas,Franco. & Rodrigo for coordinating all all of our plans the whole week and making it easier for us. The rooms are generally sized, beds are totally comfortable and the sheets are super soft. It's in the nicest neighborhood and plenty of boutique shopping. Going to miss it and can't wait to to be back, the Staff became like family!

Bad experience! They don't provide 5-star hotel service. The villas have old TVs, the minibar only has water and soda, no coffee or tea. The bar closes at 11 PM… a disgrace! We booked a picnic upon arrival and it wasn't ready, we waited too long in the blazing sun… very expensive for what they offer! You pay for the view, which is truly beautiful! Very disappointed with the service! A bitter taste! I don't recommend it.

This is our third time staying at the villas, a beautiful luxury hotel with an unbeatable view. However, it's deteriorating over time in the details. There's a lack of maintenance. The jacuzzi's hydromassage doesn't work. The bathroom faucets are stiff and the drain cover is stuck open. The mattresses and curtains are dirty. Some light bulbs don't work properly. They charge extra for coffee capsules. It has a lot of potential for improvement, but it needs maintenance!

On Monday at 4:50 PM, I called the hotel twice. The first time I asked to speak to reservations, but no one answered and the call was disconnected. The second time I tried to speak to reception, but no one answered either. Unbelievable.

Grace Hotel in Cafayate is a beautiful property in an amazing location. The villas are spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, with two bedrooms, large bathrooms, excellent water pressure, comfortable beds, and stunning views of the vineyards and surrounding mountains. The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown Cafayate, excellent wineries, and scenic drives through the spectacular Quebrada de las Conchas.

Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the property. The staff were polite but seemed distant and rarely engaged with guests, which made the hotel feel like it lacked warmth and personality. We enjoy interacting with local people when we travel, but throughout our stay the staff generally kept conversations to a minimum.

Our arrival was also confusing. We explained that we spoke very little Spanish, yet the front desk employee continued speaking only Spanish for about 20 minutes before suddenly switching to English.

The restaurant was another disappointment. Service felt rushed, our breakfast order was prepared incorrectly multiple times, and the food itself was average. The gluten-free pizza was especially disappointing.

We also experienced two incidents that were concerning. A maintenance worker unexpectedly entered our villa because of a mix-up with another room, which was quite startling. In addition, my husband received an electric shock from a faulty hair dryer. While the staff apologized repeatedly for both incidents, there was little indication that steps were taken to prevent similar issues from happening again.

Grace Hotel has a stunning setting and beautiful accommodations, but the overall guest experience fell short of what we expected from a luxury property.

My experience with The Grace Cafayate Hotel was highly unsatisfactory. Although I had made my reservation more than a month in advance and had already purchased all my flight tickets, they contacted me only a day before my travel date to inform me that, due to a heating problem, they could not accommodate me. All of this was communicated via email; they did not have the courtesy to call. In a situation like that, the least you could expect was a phone call. I attempted to contact them for an explanation, but I was unable to reach anyone.

This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve had in Argentina, and (ironically) the most expensive. We stayed one night and were initially impressed by the employees, view and facilities. That impression vanished around 1:00 a.m., when we went to bed and discovered numerous small insects crawling over our pillows, bed, walls and floor. Completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that presents itself as five-star.

We were moved to another room, but the experience was so disturbing that we barely slept. As if that wasn’t enough, at 7:30 a.m. we were woken up by loud drilling. After reporting it, the drilling stopped, only to be replaced immediately by heavy hammering. Unfortunately we were not able to sleep anymore.

We raised our complaint both via WhatsApp and at reception. We were told someone would follow up multiple times and waited patiently, but no one ever did. The complete lack of accountability and aftercare was very disappointing and this hotel definitely does not meet five-star standards in any way.

Avoid unless you want to get scammed. The management is clearly trying to rip of tourists and has "special deals" with local providers. I booked this place because of its nice activity brochure. I was quite surprised a half day of horse back riding was quoted for 170USD, however a few days before arriving at the hotel, I informed me the provider increased the price to 270USD and that it didn't include transfer. The experience was OK but for 1h45 riding and some wine and cheese this is a scam, with transfer the total cost was 310USD and the hotel was unwilling to apologise or give any gesture for sudden increase. I ended up contacting the horse riding provider separately and was told the usual price for a half day experience like this is 70USD. I also did horse riding at a more luxurious hotel in Salta (House of Jasmines) for 56USD for 2hs. In addition the room was quite dirty, the floor and carpet in particular. The taxi they recommended tried to charge me 40,000 pesos, for a ride from Salta to airport (15min max) even though House of Jasmines offered a provider for 15,000 pesos. You also have to pay for water and there are no coffee or tea facilities in the room. The staff were unhelpful and I wanted to leave right away, the scam really upset me and the hotel was unwilling to support me at all and even though i was in a panic attack they didnt care. I hope the hotel reconsiders their approach to hospitality, it was the most uncomfortable hotel experience i ever had. Avoid at all cost unless you want to get scammed! The hotel location and foor were good but absolutely not worth the stress!!

We did not stay at the hotel, opting out to rent a house located at the same property. However, we stopped by every day for a glass of wine and the view. Absolutely gorgeous! They offer local rose that is very unique and has french flavor. One of the days we came for dinner and it was a surprise. Food is not something special, I would call comfort food. The quality of preparation and presentation was very good. Unfortunately, they close relatively early for Argentina. Place was nearly empty, with 4 more people only.

This is my third time visiting the hotel, and I always find something new to surprise me and feel pampered.
This time, we decided to stay at the hotel and enjoy all its amenities. Its spa and massages are something I never miss. As is walking through the vineyards and enjoying a picnic in the nearby grove.

Tip and recommendation: don't miss out on touring the surrounding area on the hotel's bicycles. It's a great program!
And also the "Harmony of Flavors" experience, which is a course menu paired with incredible local wines.

The view from the room in the morning is just breathtaking. The atmosphere is great, the indoor pool is great! But charging $4,000 for bottled water in the room and a coffee capsule is just not up to the standard of a high-end hotel! Unacceptable!

I stayed on Sunday night 4/5 for my birthday which was the next day. We were in room 205. My boyfriend and I woke up with flea bites all over our bodies. I spent my birthday scratching myself all day. The hives still don't go away. I never imagined that in a hotel of that style and with what we paid, something like this would happen to me. I don't recommend it at all!

Magic and romance. The perfect destination to disconnect and enjoy, an unforgettable place, located in a strategic point of Cafayate, just 5 minutes from the town and surrounded by the majestic beauty of the Calchaquíes Valleys, with incredible views, surrounded by imposing landscapes, vineyards, mountains and dream skies. Sauna and pool all very good and consistent.
Breakfast is very complete and well served.
The restaurant is clearly not haute cuisine and the food didn't surprise me but it was good.

The hotel is in a spectacular location. Surrounded by hectares of vineyards. It's beautiful.
The staff is very friendly, but there are small details that I think should be taken into account:
When you get to the room, they don't have the detail of leaving a couple of bottles of water for guests, like in absolutely all hotels of a certain category. If you want water, you have to use the minibar. The same with coffee capsules. They don't give you complimentary coffee, you also have to pay for it from the minibar.
These are things that I have not seen in any hotel, it seems very shabby to me, honestly.
On the other hand, breakfast has very little variety and the coffee is terrible.
These are details that should be taken into account in a hotel like this.

Our stay in the hotel suite was wonderful. We enjoyed the hotel facilities, the surroundings and the room is super spacious and with all the necessary amenities to enjoy a few days of relaxation. First of all: The accommodation is basically very nice and, above all, in a great location in the middle of the vineyards. The staff is friendly.

However, there are a few things that need to be improved for a 5 star hotel at this price:

- We had reserved for three evenings via email & WhatsApp and received a written confirmation. However, every evening we were faced with clueless faces and they seemed to have no idea about our reservation.
- The rooms are great as long as you don't have any neighbors. As soon as someone moves in above you, you can hear every step more than clearly.
- The air conditioning in the room is WAY TOO LOUD!
- The indoor pool area smells unpleasant.

Everything terrible in the place. It's re far from the center. The service is bad, as they respond they discriminate you as registered or not registered. They put the people who are staying at risk if they demand something from them. There is no internet. And the environment is hostile. They opened our car and cut the upholstery on purpose, in addition to breaking one of the car's headlights.

Very loud music from the construction next door. You could not relax. When I asked the staff of the hotel if they could do something about it, they said no as it doesn’t depend on them. I told their staff that such loud music is forbidden in estancia and that they should advise “porteria” of it. They responded we don’t even know what parcel number (lote) it is. I told them that porteria has a map and they can locate it. To sum up. They were unhelpful. You don’t pay over USD 250 a night to have this type of issue plus unhelpful staff.
When I arrived, I paid with a foreign credit card and have a foreign passport so I am entitled to not pay tax (IVA). They said they also needed my partner to be foreigner and present his passport for this. Another thing that doesn’t make any sense.

In the sauna rooms there is no water. You are doing a sauna session and have to walk soaking wet to the front desk of the spa to poor yourself water.

They should really trained their staff to the hotel standards.

The place is beautiful, we were in the largest suite the hotel has and it is truly beautiful. They left us a gift of wine and because we were on our honeymoon they gave us a table with chocolates. The restaurant has really good food. Super recommended.

My husband and I were on our honeymoon, we stayed in the suite, the best in the hotel. The truth is that I have no complaints with the facilities or the staff since they were very attentive and the place was beautiful, but I do have two observations. When we went to bed, when we opened the sheet, 3 biting bugs (chinchillas) came out. Then there were two more hanging around. I couldn't fall asleep thinking that more bugs were going to come out and bite my legs. Then it's a shame that the toads get into the main pool, they could put something to prevent them from getting in, maybe, I don't know.
They gave us some chocolates for our wedding, but they charge you for the coffee capsules.

The restaurant is good. Although if you order an expresso coffee at breakfast they charge you separately.... Desire to be seen for a coffee.
The indoor heated pool is small, the outdoor one is nice but they could put the water at 29 degrees and it would be a pleasure.
The single-lever faucet in the bathroom works poorly.... As almost always..... You burn or freeze. The environment is very nice. The attention is meticulous.

A fantastic place! The hotel deserves every one of its stars. It is within Estancias de Cafayate, a real estate development with houses surrounded by vineyards, a golf course and polo, very nice to explore by bicycle.

Grace is a hotel of a caliber more than adequate for the area and for the visiting public located within the Estancia. Its rooms are spacious enough to be comfortable and enjoy a pleasant stay, available within it or in the Villa. It has an outdoor pool, and also a very good heated pool, sauna and spa with views of the vineyards and the ranch as well as the rooms. The care provided was very good and adequate. They also give you the possibility of leaving your luggage once your stay is over and continuing to use the facilities and amenities until 8:00 p.m. on the same day. Highly recommended

We had a bad experience in their restaurant: food took too long to be served and then they brought the main dish before the entrance and blamed us for ordering them all together (which was a request from the waitress). She was very unfriendly and had a bad mood all the evening. We never came back. Surprisingly after this event, we started having little troubles with overall service like a reprisal. We have booked an entire villa with ofuro, which is absolutely NOT TO RECOMMEND since if you use the ofuro, you run out of water inside the house and cannot take a bath for example. We made a wonderful trip through northwest Argentina during15 days and we truly suggest not to book this hotel.

Nice location not far from the city. The gentlemen at the reception (I thought Alfredo) were very friendly. Rooms luxurious and clean. The dinner in the hotel was ok but a lot more expensive than in the city and the service was mediocre. (not everyone likes working there, I think). The golf course was a no-go, green fee 100USD (expensive!), 15 USD for 3 golf balls and then rent a bag and golf cart, (more expensive than in Europe, so no thanks) The wellness is very good.

Our experience at Grace Hotel Cafayate was wonderful. The rooms are very large, the beds are very comfortable and all the staff is very detailed and attentive.
Breakfast is varied, complete and very rich.
It has a spa and heated pool which are great.
We highly recommend this place, whether as a couple or as a family with children.
From some rooms the sunrise looks impressive and from others you can see the sunset. (Our room was oriented to see the sunrise.)
We will surely return soon.

Without a doubt a first-class resort! We stayed from 06/22 to 06/24, since we arrived we felt at home! The location of the hotel is incredible, the views it has, the landscape, the vineyard, everything is beautiful! Everyone's attention was excellent, thanks to Martin who left us a pancake for my dad's birthday to celebrate on Saturday!! Always very attentive and so is the rest of the staff.
The breakfast was delicious, the restaurant was also spectacular.
Without a doubt I will return to this beautiful place for a few more days!

Flawless. The place is beautiful and the staff is excellent all the time. The service is very good and the food is exquisite. They have gluten-free options, the bread is very delicious and they are attentive to dietary restrictions. The best place if you go to Cafayate.

Point for improvement: The water is not drinkable so they should put a dispenser in common areas. The beds sink a little.

The winery hotel is really wonderful. Nice views, great rooms, quiet and privacy house! Nice foods of the restaurant. Reception service has been kind. The SPA and massage service, including the facilities are so wonderful.
The only short-come should be the English ability of the waiters in the restaurant because offer us the wrong dishes we ordered even we have double confirmed with them with the menu. For a great winery hotel , it should improve its welcome language for international customers.

The hotel is located in a gated community on a huge piece of land.
You will want a car or at least hire their bikes to get into Cafayate as the walk to the front gate is already about 2km.
Our villa was comfortable with a wonderful view of the mountains.
Dinner at additional cost and breakfast, included, were tasty and included a good range of vegetarian options.

Special shout-out to the massages offered at the spa! The deep tissue massage was very well done in a comfortable environment and at a very competitive rate for such a hotel!

Aptly named, this is a house with wonderful and attentive staff and not a "hotel". After a few days we knew each team member individually and they knew us - helping personalize our trip and handling anything we needed. They would text me every evening asking if we'd like to have someone to draw us a bath. They helped coordinate our itinerary months before the trip and had it printed out (along with glasses of wine) when we arrived.

Its 7 "rooms" are 4-walled villas surrounding a pool - all impeccably finished and new.
Retractable walls open to a covered terrace with heated loungers. Inside, a bathtub replicating a concrete egg (which Susana uses to make wine at the winery). The bathrooms have sinks made from the same stone as the countertop, and Venetian plaster walls. They really troubled themselves with every last detail.

The restaurant, noted in the Michelin guide, was also spectacular. Various tasting menus are on offer, but even the simple things (like the croissants) had us drooling.
They made us feel so special on our honeymoon and we will forever remember it!

The Balbo family is the creator of this space. This family has winery roots with an excellent track record... the complex also offers the possibility of visiting other tourist areas. There is a very wide availability of travel alternatives.

Last Saturday, September 19th, the winery hosted one of the Tango por los Caminos de Vinos (Tango Along the Wine Routes) events. It was a free event for those of us who attended, a great opportunity to enjoy wine, a beautiful repertoire, a very talented duo, and, in my case, to get to know the winery. Everything was lovely until it was time for the complimentary tasting included with the event. The winery decided to serve their wine in pitchers. Four pitchers for each person to help themselves. One of them had the word "Bonarda" written on it (only one of the pitchers had a label), so at least we would know what was in it. The problem isn't the pitcher; the problem is that they underestimated those of us who took the time to learn about and enjoy the wines of the Chaglasian winery. Why serve the wine that way? Why serve the wines from a pitcher and not from a bottle? They could have served the winery's most affordable wine, even just a bottle, showing respect for the attendees and, above all, for the product they've worked so hard on for years and so many people. They could have charged for a second glass; in short, there are plenty of solutions and better options. Questions arise: Does the fact that the event was free give them license to treat those of us who attended poorly? If the event had been paid for, would the wine service have been adequate? Local and provincial authorities from Mendoza attended, as did people of all ages interested in wine and tango, official photographers, and those of us taking photos with our cell phones—a very common activity these days. It was an event to showcase themselves, to get photos of the bottles and labels on social media, but that opportunity was missed. Then there are the complaints that San Rafael doesn't attract high-end tourism. The event was at a winery, hence my anger and frustration. They disrespected not only the attendees but also their own wine.

The truth is, an incredible place, the wines, the room service and the breakfast. But what I won't be able to let go. We arrived and the receptionist had no information about what we were asking and what she told us was that breakfast started at 10 am and actually started at 8 am, so we missed a breakfast, unnecessarily, we found out very good activities within the hotel, programs by the workers who were preparing the event and who told us that since we were staying inside the hotel they were included, but then they charged us as an additional two experiences of $180,000 pesos. From our point of view, this is very essential in a hotel, I would even say essential, in being very clear when transmitting the information. Beyond that, the hotel is spectacular. But if they improved that, this place would be a 5 star without a doubt. The breakfast and room service girls are the best.

I went to the winery to try the wine in 2023, I took two bottles without hesitation, this year I returned to San Rafael and my first destination was Chaglasian again. The owner herself welcomed us very warmly and told us about the winery and the beginnings, we left very happy. The hotel looks beautiful and very well cared for, as does the lounge.

We were received by the owner himself, Juan, who proudly told us how he developed the project first for the hotel and then for the winery, which is where we went. He gave us a taste of his excellent wines while he explained the production process and guided us through the winery. It's nice to know stories like this told by their own protagonists.
Juan you are a genius, we hope to see each other again soon!

We went to visit because the night before we tried a wine in a bar and we loved it, we fell in love with it and it was just time to visit so we took advantage, we loved the experience and the wines. The visit was given by the winery's own winemaker who explained everything to us very well and showed us the winery while we tasted. Excellent and delicious wines, a boutique winery that cannot be missed. Congratulations to the Chaglasian family!

We went in passing because of a good recommendation and we were fascinated by the attention of Inés who explained and showed us everything with kindness, in addition to the generous amount of tastings she offered us. We also met Juan and Bris, very humble and loving people. Not to mention the place, wonderful. I hope to return soon for a stay.

Mr. Chaglasian is a very warm person and showed the whole wine making process and the grape vine plants. Hotel is small, very cozy and pleasant surrounded by trees and plants. He could probably leave a bottle of his own production in every room for the guests to taste. We bought a whole case but without tasting, out of courtesy.

After a very long ride this was the best place we could ever end up in San Rafael. As of the first moment we entered Chaglasian wine & suites we have experienced great hospitality and the best wines.

These 2 days Juan and Bris showed us what a true passion and an entrepreneurial mind can bring in life. The drive to make their guests feel at home is truly inspiring. The love for making great wines is best described by Juan during his tour around their vinyard. Enjoy the home prepared breakfast and don't leave without at least tasting one of the magnificant Chaglasian wines!!
